These terms apply to your use of Acute Calculator ("Acute", "the app"), made by Find App, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

License

Acute is licensed to you, not sold. Your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Acute Pro

Some features require a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Discount and promo codes

Student discounts are for currently enrolled students. Codes are for personal use, can't be resold or transferred, and may be revoked if obtained through misrepresentation. We may change or end discount programs at any time.

Accuracy

We work hard to make Acute's results correct, but software can have bugs and calculations involve rounding. Don't rely on Acute as the sole source for calculations where errors could cause harm, such as medical dosing, engineering safety, or financial decisions.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
